So you've used the diamond hand pads to grind down small areas on your piece and then moved to the Smoothing Hand Blocks to clean it up, but what then?
Normally, you'd have to find some way to mechanically polish your piece, or fire polish it, or just leave it at the final hand block step.
No more. Now with 3M's cerium impregnated material, you can put a little water on the surface of the piece and use the cerium impregnated hand pad to hand polish and finish the area. Granted, it may take a little while to get the full polish by hand, but it works amazingly well and pretty fast. The circle is now complete.
