The Glass Lathe comes mounted on a 36" x 24" Lami-cushion base. The turned ground and polished shaft minimizes shaft vibration while extending 11" of usable space to the operator. The pans come un-mounted so the operator can attach the base where it is most convenient to them. Splash hoods come with L488 valves and Covington spray nozzles for adjustable water appication. Two felt guards help minimize splashing and over-spray. The glass lathe features: A 1HP motor, two splash pans and hoods, quick belt-change motor mount, heavy duty turned and polished 1" shaft, three adjustable speeds of 635, 805, and 1100 RPMs, Heavy duty sealed bearings; greased for life.
