How do you “charge” this wheel with the pumice?

Pumice wheels aren't really "charged" the same way that cerium polishing wheels are. The pumice is made into a mud consistency and then placed onto the glass. The wheels provide the friction between the pumice abrasive and the glass but the pumice will not stay on the wheel. You generally scrap it up and re-apply to the glass as you are grinding.
