Will this blade cut solid and hollow glass? 1 1/4" solid would be the thickest I'd cut

Yes. The Superlok is a fine grit blade so it works very well for hollow vessel cutting and for cutting solid pieces up to 1/2 inch thick. It will need to be dressed more often to keep it running well though.
