Will this flat lap fit a basic 12” diamond disc with a 1/2” hole? Would I need some sort of adaptor?

The Covington grinder comes with a 1 inch center plug but it is removable so you can easily use a disk with a 1/2 inch arbor hole on the grinder without any adjustment.
