Our Morse 1.5 taper stainless steel spindle is custom made for Spatzier or Merker style engraving lathes that utilize a Morse 1.5 taper for mounting spindles. The Jacobs chuck mount on the end of the spindle allows you to use any tool with a shaft up to 1/2-inch.
