Our Resin Diamond Smoothing disks are used on the Covington Maxi-Lap and other 10-inch grinders to pre-polish glass surfaces that have been ground with electroplated diamond disks to prepare for a final polish. Disks are standard with magnetic backed but can be requested with Adhesive backing
- Synthetic diamonds specially created for use in phenolic resins for longevity
- Phenolic resin with impregnated diamond is bonded to a high quality optical synthetic felt base for pad integrity and consistent surface bond
