4-Inch 3M Cerium Impregnated Polishing Disk with Velcro Backing

These 4-inch diameter 3M cerium impreganted polishing disks have the thicker black velcro backing and a 5/8-inch center hole. These disks are slightly mis-cut on the edges so can't be sold at first quality.
