Do you stock diamond disks?

We try to keep 8-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch diamond disks in stock at all times, as these are our most popular disks. However, this depends on how many disks we have to plate for orders and our ability to plate disks for stock.

We have two electroplating lines working on a rotating plating schedule five days a week.

Our tanks start with fine-grit diamond disks and work up to rougher grit disks, then the tanks are cleaned, and the process starts over again. 

If you order a disk while we are plating the grit you need, then your disk may be plated and shipped sooner. If you order a grit that we just finished plating in the tanks and have moved to a different one, it typically takes about four weeks to get back to that grit in our plating schedule again.
