How do I deal with freight damages?

When machinery ships via a freight carrier instead of a common carrier (e.g., UPS or FedEx), you must examine the freight when it arrives to ensure that the machinery is not damaged.

The freight company's delivery driver must note any and all damage to the machinery before you sign for the merchandise.

If you notice any damage after signing for your machinery, please contact the freight carrier immediately to inform them of the damage. Once you have signed for the delivery, the merchandise is your responsibility and any damages must be noted as soon as possible to have any recourse with the delivery company.

We do our best to manage any damaged shipments and get replacement shipments out to you promptly.
