how to remove and replace the drive pully on the taurus gemini 3 ring saw

To remove the drive pulley you can do it 1 or 2 ways:

*Removing the drive pulley with a pulley puller.

*To get the drive pulley off you will need to crack, or cut the blue portion off, this can be done with a dermal or hack saw. Once the blue plastic is off the aluminum sleeve that is married to the shaft you will need to be cut  off as well.

Putting the new drive pulley back on the saw you will slide it onto the motor shaft there is a flat spot on the motor shaft that you will need to be lined up with the set screw on the drive pulley. To tighten the drive pulley you will need a 5/64 allen wrench.

In no time the aluminum will swell and marry itself to the motor shaft.
